Jakob Bak is Research and Project Manager at CIID, Jakob holds a M.Sc.Eng in Design & Innovation from the Danish Technical University (DTU). Having worked for CIID consulting with executive training programmes in Design Thinking and Service Design as well as technology development, he was hired in to coordinate the different research activities at CIID.
Jakob has a strong interest in design process understanding and people-centered research combined with development of novel technology concepts and prototyping.
