Pamela Sepúlveda's background spans the arts, conservation and restoration, as well as archive/documentation areas. She has a degree in Fine Arts (Pontificia Universidad Católica, Santiago de Chile), a postgraduate degree in Conservation and Restoration (Istituto per l’arte e il restauro. Palazzo Spinnelli, Florence, Italy), and a Master in Digital Documentation (Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona).

Since 2001 she has held various positions at contemporary art institutions as the Antoni Tàpies Foundation and MACBA in Barcelona. Currently she is working in London as MeLa Research Coordinator in the Royal College of Art and as Archivist in the Whitechapel Gallery.
